What Can I do to Help?

There are lots of things people can do to help with our event. The biggest help, as always, is helping us get the word out.

• Bringing friends and/or family - sounds like such a small thing, but with no audience we can't make this a success!
• Advertising
• Donating food and/or drinks
  • Soda
  • Coffee
  • Tea
  • Baked goods
  • Sandwiches
  • Chips
  • Pretzels
  • Paper Plates
  • Paper / Plastic / Styrofoam Cups
  • Napkins
• Setting up tables and chairs (if needed - Open mics on non-summer months will be held in our Sanctuary)
• Setting up food and drink stations
• Setting up equipment
• Helping to clean up before and/or after the event
• Greeting and Registering entertainers
• Assisting entertainers when needed (carrying in or out equipment)
