| Performers:
Please be sure to read the following information regarding performing
at Labyrinth Coffee House.
For
anyone wishing to perform, we ask that you please fill out the
performer sign up sheet above so we can plan the roster for the
evening.
Evening
Schedule:
We ask all performers to perform two songs each. Depending on
the number of performers, we may ask you to perform an additional
one or two songs, if you would like, to fill up all available
time slots.
Performance
slots will be first come, first choice. We can make arrangements
for performers who will need to perform on or by a certain time
but we can not guarantee 100% any time slot. Please note
that any performers who make arrangements for a pre-set time must
be there on time or we will need to give your time slot to someone
else. If you arrive late we will put you in at the next available
time slot, if possible.
We
will have a 15 minute intermission around 8:45 to allow our feature
band time to set up.

band performance runs from 9pm to 10pm

If
you need to make arrangements to bring additional equipment or
you have any questions regarding usage of our equipment, please
email us or leave a comment on your sign up sheet.
If
you would like to be a featured performer at an open mic, please
note this on your sign up sheet. Please be advised that in order
to become a feature performer, we would like to hear your music
first. You may attend any of our open mics or if you would like,
you may send us a demo with a few songs for us to listen to.
Notice Regarding Musician Promotions at Events:
We ask that if you would like to advertise or sell any items for
your band, please make arrangements with Labyrinth beforehand.
We can not promote any performer without advanced notice.
This includes CDs, t-shirts, flyers, advertisement cards, etc.
We have no problem making arrangements to promote any musician,
however, we must have advanced notice that you will be doing so.
As
our music ministry is a religious ministry. We ask that all music
performed be of a Christian or religious nature. Any performers
playing innappropriate music or lyrics will be asked to leave
immediately.
Any abuse of our equipment or church property will also result
in removal from our event. |
